Key Responsibilities


Full-Stack Development

  • Develop and maintain scalable, modern web applications using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Express
  • Contribute to both frontend and backend development tasks across the application lifecycle

Frontend Engineering

  • Build high-performance, responsive web interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS
  • Implement dynamic UI components and user dashboards to support analytics, admin, and user interactions
  • Ensure pixel-perfect, accessible, and cross-browser compatible designs

Backend Engineering

  • Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and backend logic using Node.js and Express
  • Develop secure, scalable microservices using cloud-native principles
  • Manage authentication, authorization, and API security protocols

Database Management

  • Design and maintain efficient PostgreSQL database schemas
  • Write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures for data access, analytics, and reporting
  • Experience working with Supabase or other modern Postgres-based platforms is a plus

DevOps & Deployment

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment to platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, or AWS
  • Troubleshoot and resolve build/deployment issues and manage environment configuration

Code Quality & Collaboration

  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Perform code reviews, maintain internal documentation, and contribute to technical discussions
  • Diagnose and resolve performance issues across both frontend and backend stacks

Qualifications & Skills

5–7 years of professional experience in full-stack development
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • JavaScript/TypeScript
  • React.js, including hooks and component architecture
  • Node.js and Express.js
  • PostgreSQL, database normalization, indexing, and integration
  • Solid understanding of RESTful architecture, web security, and session management
  • Ability to create and manager virtual teams.
  • Experience with cloud-based deployments and continuous integration tools
  • Familiarity with tools such as:
  • Supabase, Vercel, Docker, or GitHub Actions
  • Good grasp of software engineering principles, design patterns, and agile development
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork in a collaborative, distributed team environment
